Viphappyhour.com and Philly Blunt Entertainment come together one more time for never before seen event .Actually, Fire and Ice themed events have been done before but never like this. The ice part of this event includes a giant, 7 foot tall fully functional bar, ice sculptures and an ice louge. The fire side will consist of a professional fire breather and a professional fire manipulator.
